I am very busy and do not have a lot of time to spare. Do I need to call at your office to get a quote or take out a policy?
No - We are able to provide most quotes over the phone and will usually be able to set up cover without actually seeing you. With more complex commercial and industrial cover we will usually call with you to discuss.

How can I pay my premium?
You can pay by cash or cheque. We also provide direct debit facilities either using insurer instalment plans or third party finance providers. Where direct debit facilities are required you will be advised the interest rate applicable before making a commitment. Premiums can also be paid by credit or debit card where the insurer provides this facility.

Do you do all types of insurance?
Yes with the exception of Life Assurance.

What Insurance Companies do you deal with and are they safe?
We deal with the majority of insurers that operate in the Northern Ireland market. All the Insurers we deal with have a long history of operating here and are very well rated from a security point of view.

I know nothing about insurance or even what to ask?
The actual sale of insurance is only part of what we do. We aim to educate and advise and will take time to establish what your needs are and how best they can be covered.

How do I know the personal information I give is kept safe?
The information that you provide us with is held in strict confidence. It is legally protected by Data Protection legislation. We have invested heavily on our computer system to ensure that your information cannot be accessed.

What do I do if I need to make a claim?
When you take out a policy with us we will tell you exactly what the procedure is should you wish to make a claim under your policy. Many of the Insurers we deal with no longer require a claim form to be completed. Instead they accept claim details from the policyholder by telephone. Where this is the case we will actively monitor the progress of the claim until it is finalised and intervene where necessary. We are always available to discuss any incident that happens, as to whether the particular incident is covered and whether it is prudent that you should make a claim.
